Ru Kuwahata

Ru Kuwahata has been moving around since she was 5 years old. Tokyo, Japan –>Alaska, USA —>Chiba, Japan —> California, USA —>Tokyo, Japan —>New York, USA —> Tilburg, the Netherlands. A graduate of Parsons the New School for Design with BFA in Illustration & Animation, Ru enjoys location drawings, constructing miniatures and sewing stuffed animals. Since 2007, Ru has been collaborating with Max Porter (aka Tiny Inventions), directing TV commercials, music videos, PSAs, and independent films.
